Casa Mágica is a tri-level beach front villa that boasts two unique dwelling spaces. 

Vista de Las Dunas – First Level                
The dune level is a 2 bedroom (1 King Suite, 1 Double Queen Suite), 2 bathroom dwelling with a living room, dining area and full kitchen. The King Suite has large sliding glass doors that open out to an expansive wooden deck with beautiful dune & ocean views and includes an outdoor lounge and dining area and an outdoor shower & bathroom with direct access to an exclusive private beach that boasts a built-in fire-pit.

The double queen suite as well as the living room & dining area have large sliding glass doors that open up to a wooden deck that seamlessly blends into the desert landscape where you can sit and enjoy your morning café while watching the sunrise over the beautiful Sierra de Laguna mountains.

Vista de Las Olas – Second Level
A sea view haven, the second level dwelling includes a primary bedroom (1 King Suite), a Queen air mattress and a large bathroom. The open-concept living space boasts a spacious living room with a cozy gas brick fireplace and a full kitchen & dining area, with  a sliding pocket door that opens up to an expansive wooden deck that encompasses an outdoor lounge and dining area overlooking the crashing waves of the pacific coast. (perfect for whale watching) 

The King suite has a private sea view terrace and a generous bathroom with a large shower and a luxurious 2-person soaking tub. 

Rooftop View Terrace - Third Level                                                                                                            

On the a third level there is an exclusive rooftop terrace with an outdoor lounge area to soak up the sun and a heated dipping pool with panoramic ocean & mountain views. The rooftop has an outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ grill, kitchen sink and mini refrigerator. The rooftop also has a large brick fireplace to keep you warm on those cool breezy nights.

Private Beach

You will have exclusive access to your very own private beach with custom made Adirondack beach chairs and a built-in fire-pit with easy access to the outdoor shower & bathroom.
